I speculate it’s mostly about FCC licenses. Swarm probably has some good talent too.
Maybe. It’s strange because SpaceX has never really acquired other companies before. Their strategy has been to work with startups until they learn enough to it themselves, and run them into the ground when the IP is disputed. It’s a refreshing change of heart.
